NCT Life In Osaka : (Episode 7) I Hope You Become Closer on the Ferris Wheel

NCT Life is one of blessed thing that I ever had. Like watching NCT Life always make me excited, make me smile even for the little thing. They play such an important role in my life. They may not know me but they help me in so many ways. When they happy, I am happy. When I happy, then everyone around me happy too. I am happy person but NCT make me the happiest person ever. This kid especially. That precious pretty smile. 😍

Back to NCT Life In Osaka. As we recall in the last part of episode 6, all of them board in the ferris wheel cart. Taeyong x Doyoung, Taeil x Win Win and Yuta is boarding alone as he wants to relax. I know, Yuta. Sometime, you just wanna be alone without even your best friend or family.

Osaka’s night view shines along with many colorful lights. It is indeed pretty. The members are boarding by themselves. Without staffs. Just them and the cameras which are already installed in the ferris wheel cart.

Taeyong and Doyoung board with a heavy heart, Taeil and Win Win board brightly and Yuta is excited. Yuta says that the members will feel so awkward and somehow feel sorry too. Haha. That’s why you put them together, huh? To make them feel awkward to each other.

The reason why Yuta decide the pairs are as for Win Win and Taeil, Taeil really likes Win Win so much that he thinks Win Win feels a bit awkward. Yuta notes that it’d be nice if they can talk about it. Everyone loves Winwin to be honest. From the oldest Taeil to baby Haechan. Not to mention baby chick Jisung. I saw them kissing Winwin a lot. How to be Winwin?

As for Doyoung and Taeyong who already close, Yuta thinks that Doyoung is someone who can give a ‘fighting push’ for Taeyong. Leader Taeyong need that.

But, will Yuta’s deep purpose get conveyed to the members. Let’s see. It seems that Taeyong and Doyoung in confrontation state. Both are looking out the windows. No talk to each other even an inchi glance is no found. Doyoung forces a smile and says that even Yuta told them to have a talk in purpose, but he can’t do it. Taeyong is clearing his throat. Regardless of them being close friends, it’s still awkward and odd for tow guys to ride a ferris wheel  together. Also the fact that they have to talk some serious stuff. 

Taeyong : Can you hear my voice?

Taeyong suddenly asks that and it’s not for Doyoung. Turn out, he tries to talk with the director in another cart. Haha. His and Doyoung’s soul already left their body. Both of them keep giggling. After moment of awkwardness, they try to enjoy the view as they spot a cruise ship and start to take pictures. Kids today. Seem like the awkwardness is forgotten though after the selca time.

When their cart is approaching the top, Doyoung suddenly starts muttering ‘no, no, no’. Both start to show abnormal symptoms. They actually get scared with the height. Doyoung says that it feel like the cart is going to fall. Taeyong being playful by shaking the cart and make Doyoung screaming and raging. Haha.. Funny Doyoung. Taeyong is having fun teasing him. Taeyong says that his side is kind of scary since on his side is totally like a cliff while on Doyoung’s side, there’s construction. The cart is getting higher and makes both actually scared. Seem they can’t enjoy the Osaka’s night view at all.

Taeyong plays music to relieve their nervousness. He also start sing along while Doyoung is wondering whether Win Win and Taeil are alright. Taeil and Win Win are absolutely not okay. As soon as they board the cart, music on! Hahaha. Both say that they are not awkward and start to do their high five with their whole body. Really, kids? In this narrow space? 

Taeil suggests them to talk while enjoying the view. But as soon their cart moving up, Win Win starts to restlessly. He says that he have acrophobia (fear of height) which slowly appeared as he grew up. He turns into a chatterbox and talks randomly. Taeil then asks how Win Win feel coming to Osaka. Win Win answers that it’s not awkward. Haha. I don’t think Win Win heard the question clear. While Taeil is excited, Win Win is still scared and urges Taeil to talk more with him or they’re gonna being edit out. Haha, in a time like this, Win Win still think of his part. A year after NCT Life, Win Win, the variety show rookie knows how it works already.

Taeil starts their serious talk by asking if Win Win still upset. Win Win answers that he is not upset. Since WinWin doesn’t say anything, Taeil says that he has something to say. He wants Winwin to stop playing smartphone game and adds that Winwin play game too much. Winwin is surprised. Haha. It seems that there something happened between these two.

In their solo interview, Taeil tells a story about how he joke around with Winwin a lot while Winwin loves to play smartphone game. The story begins with Taeil interrupted Winwin while he plays smartphone game. Winwin pissed off with Taeil. Win win thinks that it’s kind of annoying. He hopes that Taeil doesn’t do pranks a lot to him. Haha. It is a cute story. I guess Yuta made a great decision to both of them have talk to each other. Great job, Yuta.

Yuta is alone and carefree. Seems like he has lot of things in his mind. He says that he was thinking to go with Taeil and Win Win but since he is in Osaka, he wants to have a time to think for himself. The staff asks Yuta about Yuta’s phone call with his mom when they just arrived. Yuta says that he should called his dad but he doesn’t know his dad number. Hahaha. Yuta also says that he is missing his family and he is going to see them after the filming. Yes, please make him do that. That boy needs his family.

The staff then asks about Yuta’s thought on leading the members today. Yuta answers that he had a lot of thought and his point of view gets bigger as well that they always do what staffs planned for them. Follow it and just enjoy, but this time, he made it himself and personally looked for the sources, and when then arrived in Osaka, he personally leads the members and he must do everything carelessly. He also says that he knows now what Taeyong as leader feels. Leading a team is hard, gives a lot of burden and cannot be careless. Yuta is now knows the burden of NCT leader Taeyong after becoming a leader himself.

Another cart, at the same time, leader Taeyong is still struggling with acrophobia. Suddenly, he says something like he actually likes it because there’s no safety device. I don’t know what he talks about honestly. He starts his delusional by saying what if only their cart falls down. Doyoung is scared with that question and says that it won’t happen. His anxiety is slowly increasing. Since Doyoung is still scared to death, Taeyong tries to light up the atmostphere by dancing and talks about it feels like in the club. I don’t think that helps, Taeyong. Since Taeyong is dancing, Doyoung starts to sing but it sound like the voice to greet the snake. Haha.

While in other cart, Taeil is asking Winwin his manito. Winwin pretends not to know by asking what manito means. Advantage as a foreigner member. Winwin says that his manito is Doyoung but Taeil doesn’t believe him and Win win counters back saying that it won’t be fun if he tells him. Yes,  I agreed with you, Win Win. But then he asks Taeil about his manito and keeps saying that Taeil’s manito is must him. Taeil doesn’t give any response.

Meanwhile Yuta who knew the burden if a leader is saying things like this.

Indeed, if you ride the ferris wheel alone, seeing the night view, you would think about many things. We debuted and have been running until this very moment. All that time I’ve been want to sort out my thoughts. I hope NCT can do really well. If NCT does well, there will be more NCT Life as well. The scale is getting bigger. This time I really don’t consider this as filming, just doing it for our upcoming comeback, to work hard so it can be successful. Before that, we’re gonna sort out of our thoughts, rest our body and play well with the members for 3 days and 2 nights.

Oh, Yuta has a lot of things to say. He is indeed needs his time alone. Glad that finally he has his alone time well, not really. Haha. Also, NCT indeed has been running since their debut until this moment and they are still teenagers. Some even stills a kid. I really hope the best for them. May all of your dreams come true. Please take care of your health also. If you guys hurt, then my heart hurt too. Haha..I am quoting Jaehyun’s words to Taeyong. So cheesy!!

After a short yet long ferris wheel time has passed, Doyoung and Taeyong’s soul already had been suck out. Taeyong is joke around at the time they got off from the cart. Both are happy finally escaped from the cart. Both also looks tired and keep saying that it was a scary ride and was trembling when they got off. Win Win and Taeil is planning on how should they look when they got off later. They agree to do their signature high five.

Taeyong is excited spotting Win Win and Taeil and asking how they feel. The duo respond by doing their high five as they have planned. But Taeyong and Doyoung are not buying it. They know that it was planned. When Doyoung asks if they don’t scared, Winwin answers that it was actually really scary especially when it went up.

After a while, Yuta also returns and he makes his usual grand entrance. This time a superhero landing. He is the only one who returned with a bright face. He asks the members how they feels about taking a ferris wheel cart and enjoying Osaka’s night view. Doyoung responds by saying that they returned while trembling in horror. He talks like a robot. Yuta says that he is sorry and that it was his fault.

Doyoung :  When we were going higher, we thought we didn’t need to have a serious talk. Because we’re already close, we talk about bad and good things all the time. Why would there be any reason for us to fight?

Doyoung is keep talking via speakerphone beside Taeyong which make Taeyong step away from him. I know you make it deliberate to Taeyong, Doyoung- ah. As for Taeil and Win Win, Taeil says that for them, no words needed and they do their high five again. Yuta notes that it’s kind of awkward.

Yuta says that now that he heard them, he thinks their feelings have changed. The members get taken back. But then say that they did, thanks to Yuta. Haha. Then, since their mood or feeling has changed, they are going to do some shopping. They all want to go shopping.

The end. 

Okay, this episode was funny. Taeyong and Doyoung such a scaredy cat. Win win too. It’s look like Yuta and Taeil pretty good being in high place. In the previous preview, they showed that Doyoung and Taeyong actually did share or talk serious stuffs but they probably didn’t talk much. That’s why they edit that part out. That’s too bad because I wanna hear what they say.  As for Winwin and Taeil, I am happy they talk about incident that happened between them. It’s good that Yuta decided to do so. Both Winwin and Taeil probably really look awkward to each other. Even Doyoung said that it’s good for them to talk about it. Winwin is still a baby to be honest and its relevant if he played game a lot. I have many nephews and I saw them play games all the time. As for Taeil, he just wanna have fun. He probably wants just cheer up Winwin.

As for Taeyong and Doyoung. I like watching them stuck to each other. They know and work with each other for so long. I am happy they have each other to support one another. I hope their friendship last forever.  As for Yuta, I really appreciate him for let his heart out. He wants NCT to do well. I only know about NCT this year. Early year to be exact. I don’t know how I stumble into them but I am happy I did.

I sincerely hope that NCT do well this year and for many years to come. They worked hard and I know will be. As Mark said “We don’t have to run. Let’s just walk and watch everything on the path”.
