When I met her mom, I can see she's tired. There's black shadow under her eyes. She is skinny and she seems depressed too.
We sat down and her mom started to tell us what exactly happened. It was happened 2 years ago when her girl was 17 years old. A sweet hardworking girl. She was ready for her big exam that year but then things started to crumble down. She locked herself in room. Started to hallucinating. She said that she can hear voice. She see things.
The parent called the church to pray for her. Then everything seems okay but a couple months later, she's back. This time, they brought her to the hospital. The doctor said that she is stresses and gave her medication. So, in her early teens, she already take a lot of medication. It seems working but after couple of months, things got worse. She is violent and nearly killed her father with fishing rod. She chased her father with his fishing rod and screamed that she wants to kill him.
The girl said that she wanted to kill him because he was violent to her since kid and that everyone in her school also bullied her. She's depressed with everything. She wants hug. She wants attention. The father taken back and asked for forgiveness. The daughter seems to forgive him but things get worse and worse. The parents lost their hope. They're tired.
The father suicided after a year. His notes says that he was regret for what he did and he couldn't watch her daughter's misery. The mother was leave alone to take care their 2 childs. But the mother is strong. She tried her best to take care of her. She always pray for her. She reads Word of God for her.
But she's tired. She is working mom who is really love her family. The girl likes to sing. She has a great voice. She can be a blessed worship leader. She will one day. Right now she is recovering but she will get better. She is better.
Before we leave that night, Pastor said to her " When you pray for her recovery, you must believe that she's recover already. That's she walks out from her room and hugs you. God already fulfilled our pray even before we pray".Amen!!
