8th years with Girls' Generation

05th August 2015. Remark of 8th of Girls'Generation. 

I have no idea that I will celebrate years after years of GG. Never thought that it will be this long. I mean I like a lot of celebrities before. Naming Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears, Justin Bieber (yes once) and there's more. But I like them for only for short period of time.

Girls' Generation. I started off with no interest to them. Like, even I mocked them. So sorry. It's a long story actually of how I like them. Probably need to mention Family Outing, Runningman, Idol Dance Battle, Britney Spear's Circus, how pretty Yoona is, How I got confused between Triplets (Yoona, Yuri, Seohyun), another Triplets (Taeyeon, Jessica, Tiffany) etc.

Anyway, I started like them in 2010 or 2011. Since then, I'm officially a SONE. I have been a SONE for 5 years now.

A lot of people asked me. Why? Why Girls' Generation?

Honestly, me myself I have no idea why I like them so much. One thing I'm sure I love everything about them. Weird.

Maybe because I see myself on one of them sometime. Like I see my blankness on Jessica, I see the ambitious side of me on Tiffany, I see the reserved me on Taeyeon, goofy side on Hyoyeon and Yoona . I feel them that's why I like them.

Moreover their music. I love to hear their songs. Mostly the B side tracks such as Forever, Complete, Beginning, Sunflower etc..Oh I also like the member's OSTs especially Taeyeon's and Jessica's.

Their Japanese songs also to die for. The pop dance absolutely amazing. I like Bad boys, Motorcycle, Sweet Escape and Mr Taxi. Their Japanese Ballads also great. 

I absolutely love these girls. Being a celebrity in such a young age must be hard for them. Regardless today they still stand strong, humble and kind hearted. 

I wish they will continue be an idol that I idolized forever. Thanks. Happy 8th Anniversary.

Girls' Generation

A few years ago I was super-super don't like this Korean girl group Girls' Generation. I don't like Kpop generally moreover this Girls' Generation group. I like watching Astro Hits and there's Kpop section. Kpop Hits. I changed channel every single time when Kpop Hits aired. I only watching Astro Hits for some Hollywood music (Probably Pop music, RnB music and some HipHop). We don't have a MTV channel.haha..because we couldn't afford to buy a lot of channel. We bought the  basic one only. Hey..Better have (less) than nothing.

Anyway.

The remarkable Music Video of Girls' Generation that came out on tv was Genie (Tell me your wish) and I was like what kind of group that have so many people?. Sing and dance with short pant. Like everything about them is wrong. I was being a judgemental. The awful one.

Anyway, my cousin showed me this korean variety show called Family Outing. Great and funny show. I watched it like a million times. Then, I moved to Runningman. Another great and entertaining show. Then I started to watched one by one of Korean Variety Shows.

Found this Idol Dance Battle show. Girls' Generation danced to Britney Spears's Circus (cover dance).  I'm a big fan of Britney Spears. Since her Baby One More Time era. I love dancing dance to her song . Whether cover dance or the real one. And I was totally like Girls' Generation's Circus dance cover. There's something about their performance that make your eyes glue on them. I fall in love with them instanly. Yes. the girl who is once don't like them now in love with them. 

Anyway, I start to look more about them.
Remembering their name ( 9 member. Have to give myself a credit for actually know their names, their features, their personalities). I got confused a lot between Taeyon and Jessica, Seohyun/Yoona/Yuri. Maybe because of their hairstyle and height.
Watching their variety shows ( So many that it takes so long for me to actually finish it. Still there some of their variety shows I haven't watch it yet). My Favourites are Dangerous Boys and Hello Baby.

Life changing actually. Now I look after them. For some inspiration. Whether for life inspiration, fashion, and so on. It's been a great journey with them. Feel like I'm growing up with them. In fact one of them is 30 days younger than me..hi.. Hai Seo Johyun (Seo Hyun)..the maknae.

There's a lot of Kpop group these days. Sometimes I would give attention to the other groups. Girl groups or boy groups. Will attached with them for short period of time only. How great their songs is. How great their personalities is , eventually I would go back to Girls' Generation. There's no other group like Girls' Generation. It's such a pleasured to know them. I would like to go for a long with them.
